Introductions: Terms & Conditions (T&C) that follow in this article, as may be revised from time to time, are applicable to all our services available online or offline. These terms and conditions are applicable to the services we provide for personal, non-commercial use of our services. These T&C will not be applicable to our relationship with other commercial service providers (B2B) that we have an affiliation with.

Important: Due to Covid-19, Airline has the authority to cancel and/or reschedule the flight at any time. The destination you’re travelling to might be under the Covid-19 travel restriction. Please check health advisories before you travel. In case of cancellation/reschedule airline policy and ST convenience fee will be applicable.
Currently, we are handling large volumes of inquiries and therefore may take longer than usual to respond.

Use of the Services: As a condition of using our services, you attest that you are at least 18 years of age. You intend to use our services in accordance with these terms and conditions and you will only book services from us with true and accurate information. If you book services for any other person except you, you are responsible for informing that person about our terms and conditions.

Deleting your Trip360 Holidays Account:
If you submit a request to delete your account, it will be completely deleted within 72 hours.
Deleting your account will erase all associated information, including your Booking history, Favourite Guestlist, Saved Cards, Loyalty Points, and so on.
You can re-register using the same email address and phone number. However, you will be registered as a new user, and your previous existing user data will be deleted.

আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার জন্য একটি অনুরোধ জমা দিলে, এটি 72 ঘন্টার মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণরূপে মুছে ফেলা হবে।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেললে আপনার বুকিং ইতিহাস, প্রিয় অতিথি তালিকা, সংরক্ষিত কার্ড, লয়্যালটি পয়েন্ট ইত্যাদি সহ সমস্ত সম্পর্কিত তথ্য মুছে যাবে।
আপনি একই ইমেল ঠিকানা এবং ফোন নম্বর ব্যবহার করে পুনরায় নিবন্ধন করতে পারেন। যাইহোক, আপনি একটি নতুন ব্যবহারকারী হিসাবে নিবন্ধিত হবেন, এবং আপনার আগের বিদ্যমান ব্যবহারকারী ডেটা মুছে ফেলা হবে।

Trip360 Convenience fee: It is the charge that the customer needs to pay for the support, convenience and service that he/she is availing from the online platforms. 5% VAT on the convenience fee will be applicable as per the directive from the National Board of Revenue (NBR).
Trip360 কনভেনিয়েন্স ফি: এটি হল সেই চার্জ যা গ্রাহককে অনলাইন প্ল্যাটফর্মগুলি থেকে যে সহায়তা, সুবিধা এবং পরিষেবার জন্য অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে। জাতীয় রাজস্ব বোর্ডের (এনবিআর) নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী সুবিধার ফি এর উপর 5% ভ্যাট প্রযোজ্য হবে।

Flight: Clients can book tickets all over the world using our state-of-the-art app and website. The client can use any local or international debit or credit card to pay for the flight after booking from the Website or App.
For LCC flights, users must upload a copy of their valid passport, visa & other necessary documents while issuing the tickets to avoid cancellation from the respective Airlines.
(For example Indigo Airlines, Salam Air etc.)
The refund amount will be disbursed after deducting the Trip360 Holidays service fee. Please note that it takes a minimum of 10-12 bank working weeks to complete the refund process. This is not applicable for non-refundable tickets.
ফ্লাইট: গ্রাহকরা আমাদের অত্যাধুনিক অ্যাপ এবং ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে সারা বিশ্বে টিকিট বুক করতে পারেন। ক্লায়েন্ট ওয়েবসাইট বা অ্যাপ থেকে বুকিংয়ের পরে ফ্লাইটের জন্য অর্থ প্রদানের জন্য স্থানীয় বা আন্তর্জাতিক ডেবিট বা ক্রেডিট কার্ড ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
এলসিসি ফ্লাইটের জন্য, ব্যবহারকারীদের অবশ্যই তাদের বৈধ পাসপোর্ট, ভিসা এবং অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় নথিপত্রের একটি অনুলিপি আপলোড করতে হবে যাতে সংশ্লিষ্ট এয়ারলাইন্স থেকে বাতিল হওয়া এড়াতে টিকিট ইস্যু করা হয়।
(যেমন ইন্ডিগো এয়ারলাইন্স, সালাম এয়ার ইত্যাদি)
Trip360 হলিডেস পরিষেবা ফি কেটে নেওয়ার পরে ফেরতের পরিমাণ বিতরণ করা হবে। অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়াটি সম্পূর্ণ করতে ন্যূনতম 10-12 ব্যাঙ্ক কার্য সপ্তাহ সময় লাগে৷ এটি অ-ফেরতযোগ্য টিকিটের জন্য প্রযোজ্য নয়।
*Trip360 Holidays convenience fee is non-refundable for online purchases.

*In case of cancellation of Bangladesh Biman Airlines flight, the refund will be processed within a minimum of 10-12 bank working weeks as per airlines policy.

* For Saudia Airlines flights, the refund will be processed within a minimum of 10-12 bank working weeks as per airlines policy.
*সৌদিয়া এয়ারলাইন্সের ফ্লাইটের জন্য, এয়ারলাইন্স নীতি অনুযায়ী ন্যূনতম 10-12 ব্যাঙ্ক কার্য সপ্তাহের মধ্যে ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।

* In the case of Air India half portion flight refund, the refund will be processed within a minimum of 10-12 bank working weeks as per airlines policy.

*In case of changing the date of your flight, we first look into that particular airline’s policy. Cancellation and refund policies differ from airline to airline.
*আপনার ফ্লাইটের তারিখ পরিবর্তন করার ক্ষেত্রে, আমরা প্রথমে সেই নির্দিষ্ট এয়ারলাইনটির নীতির দিকে নজর দিই। টেকেট বাতিল/ পরিবর্তন বা টাকা ফেরত দেওয়ার নিতীমালা এয়ারলাইন্স থেকে এয়ারলাইন্সে পার্থক্য হতে পারে।

*For cancellation by Airline, Trip360 Holidays will not charge any additional fees. For voluntary cancellation charges are applicable and given below:

International check-in counters close 1.30 hours before flight6 time & domestic counters close 1 hour before the flight time.
Important Notice! One-way & Round Trip flight ticket issuance
1. Please upload the accurate & proper Passport and Visa copy.
2. Please provide the Surname and Given Name accurately as per your Passport. After ticket issuance, name change is not possible.
3. Please check the Country Restriction and Airline Policy before any instant ticket purchase.
4. Please check the Airline Fare rules – Refundable or Non-refundable & Changeable/Non-changeable before any instant ticket purchase.
5. Trip360 Holidays will not be liable for any improper/Fake document submission by the agent or the passenger which may cause deportation or offload by the concerned airline or the arrival airports.
6. After instant ticket purchase, Trip360 Holidays will not be liable for any passenger mistake regarding Name/Documents/Fare policy/Airline policy/Country restriction.
7. Passport validity should be over 6 months from the travel date. Trip360 Holidays will not be liable if pax are unable to travel due to Passport validity issue.
8. In case of Long Pax name, Use short form of Given Name and full form of Surname.
9. In case of Single name passenger, for Biman or Sri Lankan Air- mandatory given name should be – FNU and surname will be the Pax single name as per Passport. For Saudi Airlines, if pax has single name on Passport then Booking should be made as per visa
Trip360 Holidays does not issue one-way tickets for Air India and Saudi Airlines (labour tickets). We also do not issue any labour tickets to Malaysia & Middle Eastern Countries.

1. অনুগ্রহ করে সঠিক ও সঠিক পাসপোর্ট এবং ভিসার কপি আপলোড করুন।
2. আপনার পাসপোর্ট অনুযায়ী সঠিকভাবে উপাধি এবং প্রদত্ত নাম প্রদান করুন। টিকিট ইস্যু করার পর নাম পরিবর্তন সম্ভব নয়।
3. যেকোনো তাত্ক্ষণিক টিকিট কেনার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে দেশের সীমাবদ্ধতা এবং এয়ারলাইন নীতি পরীক্ষা করুন৷
4. যেকোনো তাৎক্ষণিক টিকিট কেনার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে এয়ারলাইন ভাড়ার নিয়মগুলি দেখুন – ফেরতযোগ্য বা অ-ফেরতযোগ্য এবং পরিবর্তনযোগ্য/অ-পরিবর্তনযোগ্য।
5. Trip360 ছুটির দিনগুলি এজেন্ট বা যাত্রীর দ্বারা কোনও অনুপযুক্ত/জাল নথি জমা দেওয়ার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না যা সংশ্লিষ্ট এয়ারলাইন বা আগমন বিমানবন্দর দ্বারা নির্বাসন বা অফলোড হতে পারে।
6. তাৎক্ষণিক টিকিট কেনার পরে, নাম/নথিপত্র/ভাড়া নীতি/এয়ারলাইন নীতি/দেশের সীমাবদ্ধতা সংক্রান্ত কোনো যাত্রী ভুলের জন্য Trip360 হলিডে দায়বদ্ধ হবে না।
7. পাসপোর্টের বৈধতা ভ্রমণের তারিখ থেকে 6 মাসের বেশি হওয়া উচিত। Trip360 ছুটির দিন দায়বদ্ধ হবে না যদি প্যাক্স পাসপোর্টের বৈধতার সমস্যার কারণে ভ্রমণ করতে না পারে।
8. লং প্যাক্স নামের ক্ষেত্রে, প্রদত্ত নামের সংক্ষিপ্ত রূপ এবং উপাধিটির পূর্ণ রূপ ব্যবহার করুন।
9. একক নামের যাত্রীর ক্ষেত্রে, বিমান বা শ্রীলঙ্কান বিমানের জন্য- প্রদত্ত নামটি বাধ্যতামূলক হওয়া উচিত – পাসপোর্ট অনুসারে FNU এবং উপাধি হবে প্যাক্স একক নাম। সৌদি এয়ারলাইন্সের জন্য, যদি পাসপোর্টে প্যাক্সের একক নাম থাকে তবে ভিসা অনুযায়ী বুকিং করতে হবে
Trip360 Holidays এয়ার ইন্ডিয়া এবং সৌদি এয়ারলাইন্সের (শ্রমিক টিকিট) একমুখী টিকিট ইস্যু করে না। এছাড়াও আমরা মালয়েশিয়া এবং মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের দেশগুলিতে কোনও শ্রম টিকিট ইস্যু করি না।

Hotel: Trip360 Holidays provides various types of accommodation services. This includes hotels, hostels, serviced apartments, B&Bs, rooms for rent, cottages, etc. By making a booking through Trip360 Holidays, you accept the following hotel’s terms and conditions.
The information that you see on our website is the information provided by our suppliers and hoteliers. The hotelier can change the rent of their hotel anytime. Although we try to verify each and every piece of information, we cannot be held responsible if any misinformation is given by the suppliers or hoteliers. If you find rooms in a hotel on another website and not Trip360 Holidays, that means we do not have access to the other rooms as hoteliers usually use more than one platform to rent their property.
The ratings shown on our website are based on customer reviews provided to us by our suppliers, which may be updated or changed from time to time.

Trip360 Holidays reserves the right to cancel a confirmed or booked hotel reservation, for any illegal use of our platform. The illegal use of our platform includes reselling and providing misinformation.

In rare cases, we can also cancel the booking if the hotel is out of rooms, but you are still able to book the hotel, We will refund you the charged amount in those cases.

Be sure to let the Accommodation know any special requests or requirements you have at check-in. We cannot guarantee to provide with extra requirements after booking confirmation, it will depend on the hotelier to provide that extra services or not.

বিরল ক্ষেত্রে, হোটেলটি যদি ঘরের বাইরে থাকে তবে আমরা বুকিং বাতিলও করতে পারি, তবে আপনি এখনও হোটেল বুক করতে পারবেন, আমরা সেই ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে চার্জ করা পরিমাণ ফেরত দেব।

চেক-ইন করার সময় আপনার কোন বিশেষ অনুরোধ বা প্রয়োজনীয়তা আবাসনকে জানাতে ভুলবেন না। বুকিং নিশ্চিতকরণের পরে আমরা অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজনীয়তা প্রদানের গ্যারান্টি দিতে পারি না, এটি হোটেল মালিকের উপর নির্ভর করবে যে অতিরিক্ত পরিষেবাগুলি প্রদান করবে বা না করবে।

Visa: Trip360 Holidays process visa for all popular destinations worldwide. For places where the submission has to be by the individuals, we only process the papers for the client. The client shall have to face embassy interviews by themselves if needed. We also do not provide any assurance of getting a visa, as that depends solely on the embassy. In order to have a higher chance of getting a visa, clients are suggested to-
1. Provide accurate documents to us.
2. Share only true information.
3. Not hide any information.

Passport should have at least 7 months validity before applying for a visa. The customer will be responsible for checking the passport validity before applying.
ভিসা: বিশ্বব্যাপী সব জনপ্রিয় গন্তব্যের জন্য Trip360 হলিডে প্রক্রিয়া ভিসা। এমন জায়গাগুলির জন্য যেখানে জমা দেওয়া ব্যক্তিদের দ্বারা হতে হবে, আমরা শুধুমাত্র ক্লায়েন্টের জন্য কাগজপত্র প্রক্রিয়া করি। প্রয়োজনে গ্রাহককে দূতাবাসের সাক্ষাৎকারের মুখোমুখি হতে হবে। আমরা ভিসা পাওয়ার কোনো নিশ্চয়তাও দিই না, কারণ এটি শুধুমাত্র দূতাবাসের ওপর নির্ভর করে। ভিসা পাওয়ার উচ্চ সম্ভাবনার জন্য, ক্লায়েন্টদের পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে-
1. আমাদের সঠিক নথি প্রদান করুন.
2. শুধুমাত্র সত্য তথ্য শেয়ার করুন.
3. কোনো তথ্য গোপন করবেন না।

ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করার আগে পাসপোর্টের কমপক্ষে 7 মাস মেয়াদ থাকতে হবে। আবেদন করার আগে পাসপোর্টের বৈধতা পরীক্ষা করার জন্য গ্রাহক দায়ী থাকবেন।

Visa fee & Service Charges: Trip360 Holidays Service charge and Processing fee BDT 10,000 in total for UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Schengen visa processing.
ভিসা ফি এবং সার্ভিস চার্জ: Trip360 হলিডেস সার্ভিস চার্জ এবং প্রসেসিং ফি মোট 10,000 টাকা UK, USA, কানাডা, অস্ট্রেলিয়া, নিউজিল্যান্ড এবং Schengen ভিসা প্রসেসিং এর জন্য।

Prohibited Activities: Services offered to you through our website or any of our representatives, are only applicable for personal and non-commercial use. You are not allowed to sell, resell, copy, or reproduce any services obtained by us unless you have a B2B partnership with us.
নিষিদ্ধ ক্রিয়াকলাপ: আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা আমাদের প্রতিনিধিদের মাধ্যমে আপনাকে দেওয়া পরিষেবাগুলি শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত এবং অ-বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য প্রযোজ্য। আমাদের সাথে আপনার B2B অংশীদারিত্ব না থাকলে আপনি আমাদের দ্বারা প্রাপ্ত কোনো পরিষেবা বিক্রি, পুনঃবিক্রয়, অনুলিপি বা পুনরুত্পাদন করতে পারবেন না।

You are also agreeing not to:
1. Use the contents of this website anywhere else.
2. Make any false or fraudulent reservation.
3. Copy any part of this website without proper permission.
If Trip360 Holidays finds any suspicious, or fraudulent booking, booked under a false name, we reserve the right to cancel the booking immediately and block the email, phone number that is associated with that particular account from our website. Trip360 Holidays reserves the right to take legal action if needed, in case of any fraudulent activity. If you think your account has been blocked by any mistake, we request you to contact our customer service with proper verifiable documents.
