Refund Policy

Refund Modality: The company will refund the money exactly the way it was received. The Refund process will be the same as per the Payment modality. The charge amount will vary according to the MFS availed during the purchase. রিফান্ড মোডালিটি: কোম্পানি ঠিক যেভাবে টাকা ফেরত দিয়েছিল ঠিক সেভাবেই ফেরত দেবে। অর্থপ্রদানের পদ্ধতি অনুযায়ী ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া একই হবে। কেনার সময় পাওয়া MFS অনুযায়ী চার্জের পরিমাণ পরিবর্তিত হবে।

Auto Refund & Auto Void: Terms & Conditions Trip360 Holidays customers can now claim Refund and Void automatically from App/Web

• An airline refund charge will be applicable.
• Trip360 Convenience will be applicable.
• The refund may take upto minimum of 7 to 10 working weeks from the date of applying for an auto refund.
• The company will refund the money exactly the way it was received. The Refund process will be the same as per the Payment modality.

• However, claiming refunds for any purchases made through MFS (Mobile Financial Services) e.g. Bkash, Nagad, Rocket etc will incur a service/cash-out the charge amount will vary according to the MFS availed during the purchase.
• Refund applicable only on refundable travel services.
• Refund modality will be as per the carrier, airlines, hotel, vendor, and service provider.
• If the flight is within 24 hours of the refund application, a no-show charge will be applicable.
• Payment void will not be applicable for flights on the same calendar date.
• Payment void will be made exactly the same way it was received.
• Payment void may take upto 72 hours.

For cancellations and refunds, we always follow the airline’s refund policy. The airline solely holds the right to change any policy. Trip360 Holidays has no control over the airline’s policy. For any refund/cancellation/date change-related queries kindly email us at account@Trip360.com.bd If airlines increase the fare of a ticket during the booking period, a client has to pay the additional amount, else we will refund the paid amount.

স্বয়ংক্রিয় ফেরত এবং স্বয়ংক্রিয় অকার্যকর: শর্তাবলী Trip360 হলিডে গ্রাহকরা এখন অ্যাপ/ওয়েব থেকে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে রিফান্ড এবং ভ্যায়েড দাবি করতে পারবেন

• একটি এয়ারলাইন রিফান্ড চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
• Trip360 সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য হবে।
• ফেরত একটি স্বয়ংক্রিয় ফেরতের জন্য আবেদন করার তারিখ থেকে 10-12 ব্যাংক কার্য সপ্তাহ পর্যন্ত সময় নিতে পারে৷
• কোম্পানী টাকা ফেরত দেবে ঠিক যেভাবে এটি পেয়েছিল। অর্থপ্রদানের পদ্ধতি অনুযায়ী ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া একই হবে।
• যাইহোক, MFS (মোবাইল ফিনান্সিয়াল সার্ভিসেস) এর মাধ্যমে করা যেকোনো কেনাকাটার জন্য রিফান্ড দাবি করা যেমন বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট ইত্যাদি একটি পরিষেবা/নগদ-আউট চার্জ কেনার সময় পাওয়া MFS অনুযায়ী চার্জের পরিমাণ পরিবর্তিত হবে।
• রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র ফেরতযোগ্য ভ্রমণ পরিষেবাগুলিতে প্রযোজ্য।
• রিফান্ডের পদ্ধতি ক্যারিয়ার, এয়ারলাইন্স, হোটেল, বিক্রেতা এবং পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী অনুসারে হবে।
• যদি ফ্লাইট ফেরত আবেদনের 24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে হয়, তাহলে একটি নো-শো চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে৷
• একই ক্যালেন্ডার তারিখে ফ্লাইটের জন্য অর্থপ্রদান বাতিল প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
• জাজিরা এয়ারওয়েজ, এয়ার অ্যারাবিয়া, এয়ার এশিয়া, ইন্ডিগো, স্পাইসজেট ইত্যাদির মতো স্বল্প-মূল্যের ক্যারিয়ার ফ্লাইটে অর্থপ্রদান বাতিল প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
• পেমেন্ট অকার্যকর করা হবে ঠিক যেভাবে এটি গৃহীত হয়েছিল।
• পেমেন্ট শূন্য হতে 72 ঘন্টা পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

বাতিলকরণ এবং ফেরতের জন্য, আমরা সর্বদা এয়ারলাইনের অর্থ ফেরতের নীতি অনুসরণ করি। যে কোনো নীতি পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার একমাত্র এয়ারলাইনটির আছে। Trip360 Holidays এয়ারলাইনের নীতির উপর কোন নিয়ন্ত্রণ নেই। কোনো রিফান্ড/বাতিল/তারিখ পরিবর্তন-সম্পর্কিত প্রশ্নের জন্য অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের account@Trip360.com.bd এ ইমেল করুন যদি এয়ারলাইনগুলি বুকিংয়ের সময় টিকিটের ভাড়া বাড়ায়, তাহলে একজন ক্লায়েন্টকে অতিরিক্ত পরিমাণ অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে, অন্যথায় আমরা প্রদত্ত অর্থ ফেরত দেব।

In case of date change/re-issue of the ticket for a child who will be crossing the child age to adult (as per airline policy) in the new travel date, a new charge of the ticket will be the difference of airfare, plus a date change fee of an adult along with any other charges applicable as per airline policy. নতুন ভ্রমণের তারিখে শিশু বয়স অতিক্রম করে প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক (এয়ারলাইন নীতি অনুসারে) একটি শিশুর জন্য তারিখ পরিবর্তন/পুনরায় টিকিট ইস্যু করার ক্ষেত্রে, টিকিটের একটি নতুন চার্জ বিমান ভাড়ার পার্থক্য হবে এয়ারলাইন নীতি অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য অন্য কোনো চার্জ সহ একজন প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ব্যক্তির তারিখ পরিবর্তনের ফি।

Hotel booking refund: It is your responsibility to check before the booking if the hotel is refundable or not. If the hotel is refundable, the customer will get the refund within 10-12 working days (Depending on the specific hotel and bank policy) হোটেল বুকিং ফেরত:

হোটেলটি ফেরতযোগ্য কি না বুকিংয়ের আগে এটি আপনার দায়িত্ব। হোটেলটি ফেরতযোগ্য হলে, গ্রাহক 10-12 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত পাবেন (নির্দিষ্ট হোটেল এবং ব্যাঙ্ক নীতির উপর নির্ভর করে)

Holiday: Package rates are valid as per our mentioned validity dates and for the room category specified. Should the period of stay or room type change, the above rates will not be valid. Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions, and special events. A surcharge will be levied in those cases.

No amendment (name changes, date changes, hotel change etc) will be done once the booking is confirmed.

Your Confirmation of any of our holiday plans will ensure that you have read the following Cancelation policy thoroughly and accepted it. আমাদের যেকোন ছুটির পরিকল্পনা সম্পর্কে আপনার নিশ্চিতকরণ নিশ্চিত করবে যে আপনি নিম্নলিখিত বাতিলকরণ নীতিটি পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খভাবে পড়েছেন এবং এটি গ্রহণ করেছেন। কোনো রিফান্ড/বাতিল/তারিখ পরিবর্তন সংক্রান্ত প্রশ্নের জন্য অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদেরকে support@Trip360.com.bd এ ইমেল করুন প্রত্যর্পণ নীতি -

ভ্রমণের তারিখের 15 দিন আগে – মোট ছুটির খরচের 50%।
ভ্রমণের তারিখের 10 দিন আগে – মোট ছুটির খরচের 75%।
ভ্রমণের তারিখের 05 দিন আগে – হলিডে খরচের 100% অ-ফেরতযোগ্য হবে।

Visa Fees: Visa fees and our service charges are strictly not refundable even if the client does not get the visa. ভিসা ফি: ক্লায়েন্ট ভিসা না পেলেও ভিসা ফি এবং আমাদের সার্ভিস চার্জ কঠোরভাবে ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
